Nextech is hiring a Director of Corporate Communications to shape our public narrative and drive strategic business outcomes. In this remote US role, you will build and lead a holistic communications program that amplifies our brand and supports our growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
- Lead media relations, including building relationships with key journalists and securing impactful coverage.
- Manage executive communications, including speechwriting, presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging for product launches, corporate announcements, and crisis communications.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications programs using data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies.
- Strong media relations skills with established relationships with top-tier business and tech media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing executive communications and thought leadership programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the SaaS or healthcare technology industry.
- Experience working in a remote-first company environment.
