What You'll Do
Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners between the ages of 4 and 11, based in China, through a fully remote setup. Teach during fixed evening hours from 6 to 8 PM Bangkok time, with optional weekend shifts available for those seeking additional hours. Follow structured curricula using ready-made teaching resources, ensuring a consistent and professional learning experience. Maintain a reliable, distraction-free environment that supports student engagement and progress.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Possess a recognized 120+ hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL certification
- Have at least two years of formal teaching experience
- Be a native English speaker from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom
- Currently reside in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Argentina, Brazil, or another approved country in Southeast Asia or South America
- Provide proof of a clean criminal record
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills
- Use a computer with Intel Core i5 or higher (2.0GHz+, 4 CPUs), 8GB RAM or more
- Maintain a stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds via cable
- Own a noise-canceling headset and HD webcam
- Have a UPS backup power system with 4–5 hours of capacity if located in an area prone to outages
- Teach from a quiet, well-lit space free from disruptions
