We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and measurable results. You'll shape content strategies based on audience insights, oversee social media and SEO efforts, and track performance to refine ongoing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage visual content, maintain account activity, and monitor customer reviews
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns while tracking KPIs and adjusting budgets or bids as needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and manage affiliate partnerships
- Develop promotional events and engagement strategies to grow audience interaction
- Support lead generation by managing contact databases and identifying strategic partnership opportunities
- Conduct keyword research, execute SEO improvements, and analyze competitor marketing tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape content direction and produce performance reports
- Use design tools to create and refine graphics and web content as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and complete ad hoc assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant professional certification
- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing or 1–2 years in social media management
- Proven experience in copywriting and content creation with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign)
- Strong command of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently during US hours
- Experience with affiliate program management and performance tracking
