As Marketing Senior Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing plans tailored to local market dynamics while staying aligned with overarching global objectives. You'll design and manage multi-channel campaigns—spanning digital platforms, email, social media, and traditional outlets—ensuring consistency with brand standards and strategic goals. A key part of your role will be adapting global marketing assets for local relevance, measuring performance, and turning insights into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies that respond to local market needs while supporting global alignment
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Customize international content and initiatives for regional effectiveness
- Track and analyze campaign outcomes to inform future decisions and optimize results
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to exchange insights and maintain brand coherence
- Oversee vendor relationships with agencies, printers, and event partners
- Represent the brand at industry events and maintain ties with relevant trade organizations

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Solid grasp of brand management, customer segmentation, and market positioning
- Proficiency with digital tools including SEO, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
