BioPak is looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to own SEO and PPC performance for our commercial kitchen equipment business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving rankings, engagement, and conversions through modern, AI-aware digital marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Own the company’s onsite and offsite SEO performance.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with modern AI-driven and conversational search behaviour.
- Optimise the company for AI-powered discovery engines using structured data, entity optimisation, and answer-based content.
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis and keyword mapping focused on revenue-generating terms.
- Conduct regular website health audits and implement improvements.
- Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, performance, and schema markup.
- Lead outreach and link-building activities to strengthen domain authority.
- Track competitors’ keyword visibility, content strategies, backlink profiles, and market positioning.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team Leader and Developer to implement SEO improvements.
- Create and optimise SEO-focused content including landing pages, product pages and blog articles.
- Ensure all content is written to drive rankings, engagement and conversions, not just traffic.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting and optimisation while maintaining the company’s brand voice and quality standards.
- Support conversion-rate optimisation by improving page structure, calls-to-action and content flow.
- Own the setup, management and optimisation of all Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management and budget optimisation to maximise lead quality and ROAS.
- Write and test high-converting ad copy and landing page messaging.
- Run A/B tests on ads, keywords and landing pages.
- Track, report and optimise conversion performance.
- Monitor spend, CPL, ROAS and lead quality and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
