Remote Customer Support Reps will manage and optimize accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and reconciliation. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries while supporting financial accuracy and client relationships in a fully remote, global environment at Jobs for Humanity.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, issue, and track accurate invoices for clients.
- Monitor and manage incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with clients to resolve payment delays.
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate detailed financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Server as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes and implement best practices.
