The Credit Pros is hiring a Remote Client Service Representative to play a pivotal role in client satisfaction and revenue growth. You'll provide phone-based support from home, helping resolve product issues, answer account and billing questions, and empathetically collaborate with customers.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests over phone, email, and chat based on SOPs.
- Utilize TCP’s tech tools suite including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in day-to-day operations.
- Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines.
- Record, review, and follow-up on requests and resolutions.
- Investigate and research solutions.
- Update customer records during conversations.
- Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs including client facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service within the B2C financial and banking services industry.
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- Customer-first orientation and empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Hunger to learn and equip yourself with TCP’s technological suite.
- Comfort working remotely in Eastern Time Zone for an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute unpaid breaks.
- Availability Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time.
