Responsibilities
- Examine new sales agreements for unusual or intricate billing conditions, collaborating with the Deal Desk and Order Operations.
- Establish new customers and sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring all details are correct for accurate revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with various departments to investigate and address escalated client issues and billing discrepancies.
- Implement process enhancements by working with business partners and other teams.
- Track overdue customer payments in NetSuite and utilize Tesorio (or similar tools) for regular follow-ups to ensure prompt payments.
- Evaluate aging reports and address high-risk accounts as necessary.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve account disputes.
