ModSquad is looking for a Remote Customer Support specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. In this role, you will provide a warm and helpful experience for customers calling with questions about property tax services.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone calls.
- Answer questions about the client’s services and sign-up process.
- Provide updates on existing accounts and service status.
- Deliver empathetic, informative, and accurate support.

- A dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer.
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Wired internet connection (Ethernet required).
- High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace for taking calls.
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone.
- Ability to self-schedule 20 hours per week (minimum).
- Availability for a 90-day commitment (as needed).
- Availability during production hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time.
Nice to Have
- Previous call center experience.
