Apply is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant for a part-time role of 5 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing social media, assisting with email marketing, supporting lead generation, and handling light administrative tasks. This is an independent contractor role with potential for growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and potentially YouTube and podcasts.
- Plan and brainstorm creative social media content ideas.
- Assist with creating and sending email marketing campaigns using tools like MailerLite.
- Research and reach out to potential clients, collaborators, or podcasts for guest appearances.
- Help with lead generation by engaging in relevant communities and following up with leads.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking metrics, and updating CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and ways to grow visibility.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable writing captions, emails, and messages in the client's voice.
- Familiar with social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with self-management.
- Must have working hours that overlap with EST or CST time zones.

- Experience in marketing, client outreach, or administrative support.
- Personal interest in health, wellness, or coaching industries.
