As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting policyholders through changes in their insurance coverage. You'll handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and process service adjustments including updates to vehicles, drivers, and lienholder details. Your work ensures customers maintain continuous coverage and receive accurate documentation when they need it.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound calls from existing customers seeking support with policy changes
- Process requests to modify policies, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers
- Update policies with new lienholder information and verify accuracy
- Provide clear explanations about coverage options and policy benefits
- Support customers at risk of cancellation by identifying practical solutions to maintain coverage
- Send policy documents and confirm changes in a timely, accurate manner
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a call center or customer-facing support role
- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to helping others with patience and professionalism
