Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for German-speaking customers during product selection and post-purchase service
- Handle inquiries through written channels and phone calls
- Follow support workflows, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams for complex cases
- Contribute to updates of support documentation based on recurring issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls
- Guide customers during product selection based on needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Provide product information, usage instructions, and order-related clarifications
- Share delivery status, order updates, and next steps in a clear, structured format
- Manage after-sales requests (warranty cases, missing parts) and track progress to resolution
- Escalate non-standard cases to internal teams and follow up until closure
Requirements
- German C2 (written and spoken)
- English C1 Advanced minimum
- Freelance B2B setup required: ability to invoice through a freelancer structure
- Availability for rotating shifts within 08:00–24:00 Germany time (shifts to be defined)
- Previous experience in customer support mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable task ownership
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Legal right to work as a self-employed contractor from a European country (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit)

- Familiarity with ticketing/support platforms and digital collaboration tools
