Destination Knot is hiring a Remote Customer Service Agent and Travel Booker to deliver excellent support and booking services to our clients. You will be a key point of contact, managing customer inquiries and coordinating travel arrangements.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and process travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and activities
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries related to their travel plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and destination information
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service or travel booking role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
