Growth Troops is hiring a full-time Creator Brand Manager to develop and scale the personal brand of a founder with 20k+ Twitter and 19k+ LinkedIn followers. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing content across social platforms, writing authentically in the founder's voice, and leveraging AI tools to amplify reach and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Manage, schedule, and optimize content publication on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially other platforms.
Write high-performing posts in the founder's authentic voice using past content and established tone as reference.
Monitor industry news, trends, and viral moments to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.
Edit and repurpose raw video footage into short-form clips, reels, or shorts using tools like Descript.
Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, editing, repackaging, or rewriting to enhance content creation speed and quality.
Manage a content pipeline including drafts, post cadence, performance analytics, and platform-specific best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working with a personal brand or founder, or having grown your own.
A strong writer with the ability to quickly adapt to and write in someone else's established tone of voice.
Functional understanding of how LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram work to maximize reach and engagement.
Experience with or a deep interest in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript.
Ability to edit short-form video content using tools like Descript, CapCut, or similar software.
An organized, independent, and proactive mindset that views content as a strategic asset.
