About the Role
This position involves providing clinical psychology services to patients via telehealth, conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and implementing individualized treatment plans in alignment with established standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote psychological evaluations and diagnoses
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Collaborate with primary care providers for integrated care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Engage in regular case reviews and team consultations
- Support patient education and self-management strategies
- Coordinate care transitions as needed
- Respond to patient communications within established timeframes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Attend required training and professional development
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Adhere to licensing board requirements in Alabama
- Utilize electronic health record systems efficiently
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions
- Promote culturally competent care practices
- Address barriers to treatment adherence
- Support continuity of care across settings
- Implement suicide risk assessment protocols

Nice to Have
