Blackbird Health is looking for a Remote Child & Adolescent Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. In this role, you will build meaningful connections with patients and families, provide education and support, and ensure progress against care goals while working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families to understand their experiences and provide support.
- Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to create coordinated treatment plans.
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations to enhance clinical skills.
- Maintain thorough patient records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet.
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours: 11am-3pm HST Monday through Friday and 3am-2pm HST on Weekends.
