What You’ll Need
You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication and computer literacy skills. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential. Candidates must commit to a minimum of nine months and attend all required training sessions, which may last up to two weeks.
Technical requirements include:
- A laptop meeting one of these specifications:
- Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz or higher
- Mac: 8GB RAM, running Catalina or Big Sur, or equipped with M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
- A wired USB headset with a visible microphone (wireless options like AirPods are not permitted)
- Internet connection via a wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected by cable); Wi-Fi and hotspots are not accepted
