About the Role

RoomPriceGenie is hiring a Remote Business Development Manager to be the face of our company in worldwide markets. You will drive business growth by building relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations in new regions.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of assigned regions, representing RoomPriceGenie with confidence and professionalism.
  • Network, increase brand awareness, and generate new leads to expand presence in target countries.
  • Build strategic alliances with hotel tech companies, industry bodies, and key hospitality players.
  • Work closely with the New Market team, including SDRs and Sales & Revenue Managers, to align strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to create impactful campaigns tailored to your markets.
  • Use CRM to track progress, ensure smooth onboarding, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Shape the future of the company by bringing ideas and insights from diverse, high-growth markets.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong network in hotel tech and the hospitality industry within Eastern Europe and APAC.
  • Fluent in English and a minimum of two other languages relevant for the territories.
  • Hands-on experience in both the hotel industry and hotel technology.
  • A degree in business or hospitality, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, eager to learn, and always looking to grow and make an impact.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in managing multiple regions simultaneously.

You will work closely with the New Market team, including SDRs and Sales & Revenue Managers.
