About the Role

Judge.me is hiring a Technical Customer Support specialist to provide omnichannel support and hands-on technical assistance for our e-commerce review platform. You will be integral in onboarding new users, solving technical challenges, and helping merchants improve their stores through expert configuration.

What You'll Do

  • Provide installation and onboarding support for new users.
  • Deliver omnichannel support via chat, email, social media, and forums.
  • Solve technical issues or prepare detailed reports for the development team.
  • Answer questions about app features, settings, and best practices.
  • Improve users’ stores by fine-tuning configuration settings and customizations.
  • Be genuinely compassionate about users’ problems, goals, and desired outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Technical skills in CSS, HTML, and Javascript (beginners are accepted).
  • A consistently positive attitude focused on user success.
  • Willingness to learn about e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Squarespace.
  • Minimum technical setup: Internet speed of 10Mb/s download and 10Mb/s upload, Intel Core i5 (10th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series+), 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, latest browser, Windows 10 or macOS Catalina, up-to-date antivirus, webcam/microphone, and a smartphone for 2FA.

Nice to Have

  • Prior work experience in technical support or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, Javascript, Liquid templating, or WordPress.
