Inetum is seeking a Microsoft 365 Trainer (Formador) to join our Consulting team. In this role, you will leverage your passion for innovation in learning and digital transformation to design, execute, and continuously improve digital upskilling programs that prepare individuals and teams with future-oriented skills.
What You'll Do
- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions in Digital Skills.
- Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate, and advanced).
- Create and update didactic materials, such as presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress, ensuring effective learning.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting best practices in technology use.
What We're Looking For
- Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) – mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft 365.
- Valued experience in online training delivery (using Teams).
