About the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will deliver remote clinical services using evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis. The role emphasizes assessment, individualized treatment planning, caregiver training, and data-driven decision-making within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments remotely
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Deliver direct telehealth services to clients with developmental challenges
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Revise intervention strategies based on performance data
- Train caregivers in behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to support staff
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Respond to client and family inquiries in a timely manner
- Adapt communication style for diverse audiences
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions
- Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis
- Implement crisis prevention and management protocols
- Coordinate care transitions when necessary
- Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives
- Use digital platforms for scheduling and documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
- Contribute to client satisfaction through consistent service delivery
- Maintain active licensure and certification
