Open Doors ABA is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our mission-driven team. You will provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This is a flexible, remote position starting part-time with the opportunity to increase to full-time.
What You'll Do
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
- Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Active Tennessee LBA license
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach
