Finni Health is looking for a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision within our small caseload model. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and opportunities for leadership, research, and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support implementation of behavior-supportive classroom and home environments
- Monitor data, treatment fidelity, and client progress
- Contribute to program development, research initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
Nice to Have
- Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
- Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
