DesignCollective.io, a small tech and creative studio, is seeking a remote Business Development and Sales professional to join as the fourth core team member. This role is central to driving sales, managing operations, and shaping the company’s growth trajectory, with opportunities for equity and salary progression following initial performance.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

- Willingness to invest time in growing the company to its full potential
- Ability to handle dynamic responsibilities across sales, business development, and operations
- Experience in managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
