Uptalent.io is hiring a Remote BIM Architect to deliver outstanding projects for clients in the US market. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of US building systems and codes to provide exceptional architectural services.
What You'll Do
- Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects, from concept to delivery.
- Produce Construction Sets and manage Building permits for US clients.
- Create detailed 3D modeling, Visualization, and compelling client presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Expert in Revit or Archicad with several years of experience working for the US Market.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
- Availability for full-time positions.
- Proactive with great communication skills; able to develop strong client relationships.
- Candidates must live in Latin America.
