Valatam is hiring a Remote Bilingual Outbound Sales Executive to lead new business acquisition and drive B2B sales growth in the LATAM region. This is a hunter-focused role where you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound sales strategies and lead generation.
- Manage your pipeline in a CRM, record calls, and conduct diligent follow-ups.
- Customize sales proposals, and send contracts and legal documents.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for candidate placements.
- Report daily activity and sales results.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote or outbound roles.
- Proven, consistent experience with cold calling.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is desirable).
- A quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet connection.
Technical Stack
- CRM: HubSpot is desirable.
