Valatam is looking for a Remote Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in English and Spanish. This is a 100% remote role ideal for organized professionals who will provide key administrative support to our clients across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Document processes and maintain accurate client and internal records.
- Upload, organize, and manage files in Google Drive.
- Perform data entry and complete internal reporting tasks.
- Manage email communication with clients and vendors.
- Support research initiatives and handle document preparation.
- Perform other similar or related administrative support tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
- 1 – 5 years of professional experience in administration or virtual assistance.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A quiet home office setup with a stable internet connection (≥ 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and a reliable backup connection.

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044 per month, based on experience.
