RemoteVA PH is hiring a full-time, remote HR Assistant (RVA) to support our recruitment and HR operations. In this role, you will be a key player in managing the candidate lifecycle and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
What You'll Do
- Track and manage candidates throughout the hiring pipeline using Monday.com
- Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates promptly and professionally
- Assist in posting job ads and sourcing potential candidates
- Ensure all applicant information is documented and updated in real time
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR best practices
- Support onboarding tasks for newly hired employees when required
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management/recruitment tracking tools
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Remote-work ready: reliable internet connection, professionalism, and ability to manage time effectively
