TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support a client’s operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while managing high-volume calls.
What You'll Do
- Answer and track incoming calls
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems
- Accurately record all details in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct database and open-source research
- Route and escalate calls appropriately
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Associates Degree
- Proven ability to multitask simultaneously while communicating and inputting data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in handling sensitive information
