About the Role

TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support a client’s operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while managing high-volume calls.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and track incoming calls
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems
  • Accurately record all details in accordance with established procedures
  • Conduct database and open-source research
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Associates Degree
  • Proven ability to multitask simultaneously while communicating and inputting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in handling sensitive information
