Responsibilities
- Carry a real caseload
- Supervise RBTs and student analysts
- Run caregiver training
- Facilitate social skills groups
- Oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes
- Manage time and documentation independently
- Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
