Responsibilities

• Carry a real caseload
• Supervise RBTs and student analysts
• Run caregiver training
• Facilitate social skills groups
• Oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes
• Manage time and documentation independently
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
