Responsibilities
- Leading reliability improvement initiatives across the engineering & maintenance teams
- Analysing asset performance and delivering long-term improvement strategies
- Reviewing and refining maintenance strategies, with recommendations tailored to underground operations
- Coaching and supporting maintenance personnel to embed best-practice processes
- Improving equipment availability through Asset Management, Condition Monitoring, Defect Elimination, Root Cause Analysis, and Machine Health Programs
- Actively contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and optimisation projects
Requirements
- Proven underground mining experience
- Data-driven approach to reliability engineering
