Requirements
- 3+ years in Release Engineering, or DevOps within SaaS/Cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- Solid understanding of microservices, including API versioning, compatibility testing, and contract testing.
- Hands-on experience with Canary Releases, Blue-Green deployments, and Feature Flag management.
- Ability to use monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog) to validate release success in real-time.
- Ability to balance process rigour with the need for engineering flexibility and velocity.
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Remains calm and analytical when managing release-related incidents or high-pressure deployment windows.
