Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer-facing, technical, or sales support positions
- 2 to 4 years of experience working directly with sales partners
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- High level of accuracy and focus on small details
- Proficiency with computer applications and digital tools
- Capable of managing responsibilities independently while also collaborating within teams
- Superior communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Experience analyzing data reports to improve operational efficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with the solar energy or construction sector is beneficial
- Fluency in Spanish is considered a bonus
