Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of business banking clients
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and performance
- Meet or exceed set business development targets
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service
- Prepare credit proposals and assess financial viability
- Support onboarding of new clients and transition of existing ones
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region
- Promote products such as lending, cash management, and transaction banking
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Drive referrals across the bank’s service offerings
- Contribute to team objectives and strategy development
- Attend client meetings on-site or remotely as needed
- Deliver presentations on financial solutions to business leaders
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Identify cross-selling opportunities responsibly
- Work within risk and governance frameworks
- Support financial crime prevention measures
- Participate in training and professional development
- Report on portfolio health and performance metrics
