Suncorp Bank, part of ANZ Group, is hiring a Relationship Associate to support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for our customers. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of agribusiness clients, providing customer solutions and insights, and conducting financial analysis.
What You'll Do
- Look after a portfolio catering to agri clients.
- Manage an active and effective campaign increasing cross sales to existing customers.
- Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies.
- Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets.
- Work collaboratively and support other internal work functions, stakeholders, and product partners.
- Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
- Support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights.
What We're Looking For
- Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen.
- Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends.
- Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery or customer experience role.
- Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Preferably possesses an accounting or finance degree or equivalent, though not a strict requirement.
