Aon Corporation is looking for a Reinsurance Senior Retro Broker to join our London team. You will support Account Executives and senior team members to execute reinsurance transactions and proactively manage client and market projects, with a focus on Non-Marine Property and Specialty brokering within the London Market. What You'll Do

• Support Account Executives and senior team members to implement reinsurance transactions and proactively manage client and market specific projects throughout the lifecycle of engagement.
• Work closely with AEs and Analytics Leads to proactively manage the renewal process and successfully transact a reinsurance placement.
• Analyze clients' reinsurance information to identify risk transfer solutions.
• Design proposed reinsurance structure and set desk pricing with AE and Analytics Lead considering KPIs, market dynamics and economic benefit.
• Manage client expectations by communicating market dynamics and anticipated outcomes to client in advance of placement milestones.
• Play an active role in marketing and placement, handling queries, and providing regular client updates.
• Develop and deliver strategic account reviews and account plans.
• Source and actively develop new revenue opportunities in conjunction with AEs and client teams.
• Support the implementation of client plans and client growth objectives, including RFP involvement.
• Support team projects by applying analytical skills to aid effective planning and identifying growth opportunities.
• Actively assist with the development and administration of specific resources to advance market intelligence, including liaising with internal and external sources to advance market insight.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of appropriate reinsurance broking, claims, or technical and analytical underwriting experience including project and account management experience.
• Developed negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills and comfortable managing relationships internally and externally.
• Considers the underwriter’s perspective to adapt approach.
• Invests time and resource in Research & Development to find new products/solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience gained within the London Market and property losses.
