About the Role

IQVIA is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support our pharmaceutical and medical device industry clients. In this remote role, you will use proprietary software to deliver accurate, timely compliance services, focusing on customer support and data quality. You will contribute to a culture that values diverse perspectives to accelerate innovation in healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Develop contracts for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using provided templates based on system-generated requests.
  • Communicate directly with HCPs regarding contracts, obtain signatures, and answer questions.
  • Effectively request required information, such as clarifying missing details.
  • Provide regular updates to team management on work status and resolved issues.
  • Ensure all delivered work meets high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property.
  • Respond to client requests for customized reports.
  • Reformat incoming files using Access, Excel, and other tools into usable formats.
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of all data files.
  • Follow IQVIA quality standards in completing and verifying your work.
  • Review client requirements with Client Service Representatives to ensure clarity.
  • Identify and address data errors.
  • Advise Client Service Representatives on creating custom deliverables.
  • Analyze errors and implement recovery methods to maintain file health.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science.
  • 5 years or more of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong technical PC skills, particularly in using Excel and Access.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work within a team.
  • Ability to perform analysis and gather information to resolve routine problems.
  • Comfort using technologies and a strong, detailed process orientation.

Nice to Have

  • Background in Pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Experience with legal contract concepts.
  • Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience.

Team & Environment

You will join the global Compliance Services team, collaborating with colleagues to support our clients worldwide.
