PeopleCert is hiring a Regulation & Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to monitor standards, resolve compliance issues, and implement best practices across operations.
  • Draft comprehensive reports for regulators and relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory queries and information requests, maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the process.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes related to compliance and regulatory changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively advise on necessary adjustments to company practices.
  • Ensures their work and presence is aligned with company’s core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in contract/regulatory management or similar roles, preferably within the education sector
  • Proven track record of contract/regulatory management experience, preferably in the education sector
  • Appropriate experience of interacting with senior management staff
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A clear understanding of the importance of maintaining corporate and ethical standards
  • Well-developed multitasking and organizational skills under tight deadlines in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create trust and maintain strict confidentiality

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset
  • C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus
  • ECDL Advance level certification is desirable

Additional Information

  • Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
  • Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties
  • All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared
  • If we work on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK
