Nuclear Care Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a nurse-founded and led company, we deliver skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. You'll serve a unique, mission-driven population while working within a supportive culture that values trust, integrity, and autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in the state of NV
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position providing care directly in patients' homes located in Indian Springs, NV.
