Tenet Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) for the Telemetry unit. As the expert for nursing practice, you will be responsible for creating a culture of quality patient care and service excellence by coaching, teaching, and role-modeling expected behavior. Your work will ensure continuity between clinical practice and standards of care.
What You'll Do
- Utilize and teach evidence-based practices to develop the clinical competence of bedside caregivers.
- Assess and diagnose specific practice needs of nurses in assigned areas and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
- Serve as a clinical resource to new nurses, preceptors, experienced new hires, and Nurse Externs.
- Facilitate patient care by ensuring staff bedside competencies.
- Work collaboratively with all disciplines to strengthen and elevate quality of care at the bedside.
- Partner with PBHN Clinical Educators for education content related to practice gaps.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse and Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Three (3) years nursing experience in acute hospital-based nursing practice, in area of specialty.
- Active Florida Registered Nurse License.
- AHA ACLS certification.
- AHA BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- Clinical Master's in Nursing in areas of specialization or Clinical Education.
- Previous CNS and/or Clinical Educator experience.
- Past Supervisory experience.
Team & Environment
This role has a dotted line reporting structure to the Director of PBHN Clinical Education.

- Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience.
