Bayshore HealthCare is looking for a Personal Support Worker to join our community care team. In this role, you will provide essential, client-centered care directly in clients' homes. Your focus will be on delivering personalized support that promotes dignity and independence.
What You'll Do
- Visit clients within your assigned area to provide daily support based on their Care Plan.
- Provide direct personal care to clients.
- Perform range of motion activities.
- Deliver homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A Personal Support Worker diploma or status as an internationally educated nurse.
