May Shaw Health Centre is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents and their families. In this key role, you will provide nursing care within your scope of practice and work collaboratively with the wider community.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Manage and supervise a team of support workers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred, optimal care with holistic outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Eligibility to work in regional Tasmania.
Nice to Have
- Rural and Remote Nursing experience.
- Aged Care experience.
- Great communication and interpersonal ability with experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
- The ability to maintain documentation to a high standard.
- For the Swansea facility: experience in sub-acute and emergency or a commitment to train in this area.
