Valatam is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to be the primary advocate and strategic partner for our clients. In this fully remote role, you will work under the guidance of our COO and collaborate with a team of marketing coordinators to devise and implement strategies that drive client success.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for your client team.
- Collaborate with the COO to support client relationships and ensure marketing needs and goals are effectively addressed.
- Interact with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic input.
- Assist in managing challenging conversations, advocating for client interests, and negotiating conflicting priorities.
- Oversee and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across SEO, content creation, social media (organic and paid), and Google Ads.
- Collaborate on and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating automation workflows and segmenting audiences.
- Understand and apply knowledge of the digital customer journey to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work with and manage a team of marketing coordinators to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategies.
- Execute and refine strategies to meet client goals, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, assisting in preparing reports and actionable insights for clients.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Reporting to track performance and inform decisions.
- Maintain a tight focus on campaign budgets, ensuring all activities stay within the allocated budget while maximizing ROI.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on copy and creative assets to ensure they meet client standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging social media copy and blog content.
- Deliver customer projects and updates with timely and regular communication.
- Identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, social media, and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.

- Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
