About the Role

May Shaw Health Centre is hiring a Support at Home Rostering/Administration professional to organize and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment. The purpose of this role is to ensure staff rosters align precisely with client needs, meeting all compliance and operational efficiency requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Roster workers to meet organization and care recipient requirements, maintaining the roster in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide reception and customer service in accordance with established procedures and processes on a day-to-day basis, including relief coverage.
  • Undertake a range of office procedures as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Successful completion of senior secondary education.
  • Proven rostering skill and experience.
  • Proven administration skills and experience in office procedures.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact and communicate with team members and clients respectfully.
  • Computer literacy and accurate word processing and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work unsupervised, and also work as part of a small multi-skilled team to achieve quality outcomes and support relationships with families.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research, assess findings, draw conclusions, and report.
  • Emulating Values – demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment to and an understanding of MSHC’s values.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant industry experience desirable.

  • Microsoft Office suite.
