Prime Systems Solutions is hiring a Corporate Accounting Supervisor to join our finance organization. Reporting to the Director of Accounting Reporting, you will be responsible for month-end functions, assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, and collaborating extensively with the Corporate Accounting team. We're looking for an experienced professional comfortable with cross-border collaboration and complex reporting cycles.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in compliance with US GAAP.
- Prepare and maintain various schedules to support financial statements and footnote disclosures.
- Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities elimination, including equity method of accounting, fixed assets, leased assets, and POC accounting.
- Review consolidated subsidiaries’ standalone financial statements to understand company operations and ensure accurate disclosures.
- Work extensively with the company’s ERP system to build customized reports for efficient data analysis and reconciliations.
- Provide suggestions and support for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Support the corporate accounting team in the month-end close process.
- Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation and information for audits.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience.
- Experience with consolidations and U.S. GAAP reporting.
- Solid technical accounting expertise, including intercompany eliminations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/analytical skills.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large data sets.
- Ability to perform job duties under minimal daily supervision.
Nice to Have
- CPA or equivalent international certification.
