Australian Unity is hiring a Registered Nurse

Australian Unity is looking for a Registered Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time morning shift at Walmsley Aged Care Kilsyth. In this role, you will lead and support the coordination of all clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents, ensuring high-standard service delivery aligned with our focus on delivering Real Wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Role model aspired leadership behaviours to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture.
• Support the clinical and care delivery across the Residential Aged Care facility.
• Lead the effective delivery of a range of customer-centred and compliant aged care services through collaboration with the site management team and central support services.
• Work closely with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive services of the required standard to enhance their Wellbeing and align with their preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with Retirement and Assisted Living Community Teams to support the delivery of the end-to-end Better Together® customer value proposition.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of ACQSC accreditation, procedures and standards.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Influenza 2025.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two years experience in Aged Care.

Nice to Have

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar.
• A minimum of one year equivalent management experience in a similar role.
