Join Hilton as a Pool Attendant at JadeWaters, the premier resort pool experience at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. You will be a key part of a fun, professional team responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs, including providing fresh towels, relocating seating, and issuing recreational equipment.
- Clean the entire pool area, including furniture, decks, tiles, showers, slides, rocks, and cabanas.
- Collect and replenish pool towels while monitoring inventory to minimize loss.
- Maintain equipment such as umbrellas, speakers, rafts, and pool toys.
- Monitor facility use to address and report potential safety hazards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform general Recreation duties as needed.
