Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is seeking a Server Assistant for a seasonal role at our outdoor venue, Dock & Drink. You will work closely with Servers to create an exceptional guest experience, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. This position requires working in varying weather conditions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver food and beverages to guests.
- Bus tables.
- Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.
- Engage in conversation and create the restaurant experience through style and service.
- Gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from cuisine and drink offerings.
- Service food and beverage items within the seasonal venue.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to being placed on the work schedule.
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have

- Refined verbal communication skills for menu presentation, promotions, and guest interaction.
- Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage (alcohol, beer and wine) offerings.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to foster a positive working relationship with departmental and support role colleagues to enhance teamwork.
