Pavago is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide proactive, patient-centered care through telehealth follow-ups and remote monitoring. This structured, high-accountability role focuses on clinical assessment, precise documentation, and seamless care coordination.
What You'll Do
- Conduct scheduled outbound follow-up calls with patients.
- Assess treatment adherence and symptom progression.
- Identify red flags and clinical risks.
- Accurately document all patient interactions in EMR systems.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant, audit-ready records.
- Recognize concerning symptoms and escalate appropriately to supervising physicians.
- Communicate clinical urgency clearly and concisely.
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers.
- Ensure seamless communication across care teams.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license; BSN preferred.
- Experience in telehealth or patient call handling.
- Strong EMR/EHR proficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment.
- Strong attention to documentation accuracy.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remote patient monitoring.
- Familiarity with US healthcare workflows.
- Exposure to multiple EMR systems.
- Triage and escalation decision-making experience.
