About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Chat Support Consultant to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service for a leading crypto trading platform. You will provide support via live chat, tickets, and email, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This remote role requires native Czech and excellent English.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals with professionalism.
  • Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to all customer requests.
  • Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-ups on escalations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions.
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency.
  • Be part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Czech and excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
  • At least 6 months of live chat support experience.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Live chat support experience preferably in crypto or financial services.
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
  • Crypto industry knowledge.
  • CRM experience in Salesforce.
