EXUS AI Labs, the R&D division of EXUS, is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing client business requirements within the domains of collections management and portfolio segmentation. You'll participate in delivering state-of-the-art software solutions for credit risk management.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and understand client business requirements within collections management and portfolio segmentation, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business results.
- Support clients during SIT and UAT phases, providing guidance, training, and documentation to ensure full system ownership.
- Deliver concrete business impact, translating product capabilities into measurable results.
- Adapt presentations to different client profiles—from executives to end users—highlighting the most relevant business benefits.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree in Business, ICT, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/software specifications.
- Strong system configuration skills, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
- Advanced experience producing comprehensive BRDs, FRSs, process flows, training materials, and user manuals.
- Excellent client-facing skills, able to train users, facilitate workshops, and guide clients through system adoption.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel (max 30% annually under normal conditions).
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree.
- Experience preferably in the Banking or Finance industry.
- Excellent command of French language.
